Personnel
Upon graduation from Texas State
University, Marc founded Bobcat Contracting which has grown to
approximately 80 employees working throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He
oversees all aspects of the business.
Michele graduated from Texas
State University with a degree in Education. She taught school for four
years before joining Bobcat Contracting full time. Michele is a
certified HAZWOPER Instructor, an OSHA Outreach Trainer and a Master
Trainer certified by the National Center for Construction Education and
Research (NCCER). Michele handles all Health Safety and Environmental
issues and administers training.
Jeff graduated from Texas State
University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Jeff has many
years of experience in the areas of oil and gas pipeline construction
and maintenance, environmental remediation, and general excavation. His
many years of work in the field have provided him with an extensive
knowledge base on which to draw from. He also has a direct role in
client relations and development.
Jay graduated from Tarleton
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural
Sciences and Development. After graduating college, Jay spent 3 years in
the insurance industry before joining Bobcat Contracting. Jay spent his
first few years with Bobcat working on a crew before moving into
management. Jay is currently a project manager.
John graduated from Texas A&M
University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master Science Degree in
Accounting. He worked for three years in public accounting before
joining Bobcat Contracting. John currently oversees business / office
operations and supervises office staff. He also plays a role in client
development and continuing education.
Lee graduated from Eastern
Kentucky University in Richmond with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Criminal Justice. He then attended Baylor School of Law in Waco and
earned his Juris Doctrine in 2004. While attending law school he was the
associate editor of the Baylor Law Review. Lee joined the Bobcat staff
in 2006 as General Counsel.
Sharon Shaw, Payroll
Manager - Responsibilities include processing Payroll, Human Resources and Billing along
with a variety of other duties. Sharon is experienced in accounting and purchasing.
Rhonda Brunson,
Accounts Payable/Receptionist - Responsibilities include processing
Accounts Payable and other varied duties. Rhonda joined Bobcat Contracting from the construction and manufacturing industries.
Paige Butler,
Safety/Training Assistant - Responsibilities include assisting with training and other varied duties. Paige has a strong background in sales.
