Petroleum Pipeline Services

Bobcat Contracting, LLC has been performing construction services for the oil and gas industry in Texas and Oklahoma for over ten years. These services include pipeline construction and maintenance, cathodic protection, horizontal directional drilling, hydrostatic testing, right-of-way maintenance and inspection, utility construction, vacuum truck services, as well as plant, terminal, compressor and pump station construction and maintenance.

Bobcat Contracting, LLC is certified by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), as an Assessment Center for the Pipeliner Training and Assessment Program (PTAP). The PTAP was developed in a cooperative effort between the NCCER and the American Petroleum Institute (API). PTAP consists of Pipeliner Curriculum and Pipeline Skills Assessments to qualify pipeline personnel under the Department of Transportation's (DOT) regulation for Pipeline Operator Qualification (OQ). This designation allows Bobcat Contracting, LLC to adequately test and train its employees who perform OQ covered tasks.
